How We Hire
Our hiring process introduces you to the kind of work you’ll do and the people you’ll work with. It’s meant to help us determine if you are a good fit for Juniper, and help you determine if we’re a good fit for you. This often takes 2 to 3 weeks from the first conversation to final offer.
First Conversation
A conversation with a member of our People team, to discuss your experience, interest in the role, and what you’re looking for next.
Meet the Team
You’ll speak with the hiring manager and other team members, to learn more about each other and give you a better understanding of Juniper and your role.
Skills Assessment
Depending on the role, there will be a skills review or a take-home project to reflect the work you’ll do at Juniper. For creative roles, candidates will receive an honorarium for completing the project.
